The cottage is located on a small lake in the Kawarthas (approximately 3/4 hour north of Peterborough) called Picard Lake. It has three bedrooms, a large living space with an open concept kitchen, screened in porch and indoor toilet. There is a deck with a barbeque as well as access to a canoe and kayak. Cottage time can be negotiated with the owners. No smokers, please.

It is made out of fabric and a new fabric-hardening medium from the Netherlands called Paverpol.
